Choc-salami is a Italian dessert with a South African flavour. Based in Paarl with its beautiful oak trees and mountains, I started Choc-salami in 1996. It's a chocolate roll made out of belgian chocolate, almonds, cape brandy and other fresh ingredients. 3 different flavours - original, olive and cranberry. Served as a dessert or with coffee. Used as turned downs, wedding thank-you gifts, sells in deli's and enjoyed on its on.
Choc-salami offers a range of gifts for coporate clients, friends and family. We do corporate branding for our clients.
