Tangleton Couchie

No-one knows the precise origins of Couchies, but it is rumoured that they come from a world that exists alongside our own and is separated only by a thin veil.
You may recognise a Couchie from a story you heard when you were very little, a picture you doodled while you were daydreaming or a dream you had last night.
Their preferred habitat is the couch, but they are happy to hibernate on the bed or pose on the shelf. If you don’t keep your eye on them, Couchies tend to stray, but don’t worry - they have probably just slipped down the back of the couch, where they are known to gather arbitrary objects such as keys, coins, popcorn, fluff and stardust. So the next time something goes missing, you know who to ask first.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Couchies measure on average approx 25cm tall, are made with various fabrics e.g polar fleece, corduroy, cotton and felt, and are filled with polyfill stuffing.
Each Couchie belongs to a family (e.g Mulderberry, Tangleton) and each Couchie has his/her own first name.
Couchies are equally happy to make friends with children and adults.
