About
Babazeka Designs is a business which works together with social uplfitment projects to create handmade products. They are currently working with a project, known as Women of Vision, from the township in Knysna.
Women of Vision is comprised of five unemployed Xhosa women, all needing to earn an income through their hobby of sewing.
Together, Babazeka Designs and Women have Vision, have created beautiful handmade shoppers, each with a unique patchwork appliquéd design. These bags are sold through Babazeka's online shop and various retail outlets throughout South Africa.
